摘要
学生营养餐的质量直接关系到青少年的体质和健康,文章以青岛地区中学生午餐为研究对象,从平衡膳食的角度阐述了营养午餐的设计原则、设计步骤,并进行了实例分析。
The quality of lunches for students is directly connected to the health of the next generations. This paper takes the lunches for middle school students in Qingdao as its subject and explores the principles and approaches for designing balanced lunches as well as case study.
