两岸农业合作下台湾农科园区运营管理跨域分析

Cross-Boundaries Analysis For the Proactive Strategy of Pingtung Agricultural Biotechnology Park Concerning To the Cross-Strait Cooperation

本研究运用公共事务管理整合参考架构,在面对逐渐开放的两岸农业合作,以探讨台湾农业生物科技园区运营管理为例进行实证。文中运用社会判断理论、互动管理等结合复合研究方法与跨域分析,得到12项农业生物科技园区面对两岸开放合作下之预应策略与增强因果关系图,可作为未来两岸农业合作时,两岸农业相关单位在拟定政策管理之参考。

This research is to proceed the systematic study concerning to the proactive strategy of Taiwan agricultural biotechnology park facing cross - strait cooperation by utilizing the cross - disciplinary analysis method of Public Affairs Management （PAM）. Combining qualitative research, preliminary and secondary information analysis, economics base analysis,the theory of social judgment and interactive management, 12 proactive strategies and reinforced cause -effect chart of agricultural biotechnology under cross - strait cooperation is conceived.
