摘要
文章介绍了交叉臂式玻璃升降系统的组成及性能特点,并结合黄海汽车一款车型车门玻璃升降系统的设计案例,着重介绍了交叉臂式玻璃升降系统的设计方法及要点,对交叉臂式玻璃升降系统的工作过程进行了阐述和分析,最后,通过CATIA软件中DMU模块来模拟校核系统布置的合理性。
This paper refers to the composition and performance feature of cross-arm glass lifting system.Combined with one actual productive process of motorcycle type, the paper is mainly about the design approach and key point of the lifting system of cross-arm glass, particularly for the up-down process of cross-arm glass lifter.At last, the rational of installing are analysed clearly by DUM module of CATIA software.
