摘要
文章根据长株潭城际铁路1标盾构工程的特点,运用工作分解树(WBS)法将盾构施工分为4个阶段进行风险辨识,针对每个阶段运用风险分解树(RBS)法进行风险因素分析。
Based on the characteristics of No. 1 section of Chang-Zhu-Tan intercity railway, this paper identified 4 stages of shield construction by method of WBS, and analysed risk facors of each stage by method of RBS.
