摘要
对天窗顶盖成形工艺进行分析,通过调整双动斜楔结构在一道工序内同时完成顶盖天窗4条边的侧翻边,减少模具数量,节省了模具制造成本,提高了生产效率。
Through analyzing the forming process of car roof skylight, a side flanging pro- cess of forming four edges of car roof skylight together was proposed by adjusting the structure of double-action cam driver, which can reduce the quantity of the dies, save the cost and improve the efficiency.
