摘要
围绕CRM系统的关注点、核心价值、特点、系统架构等多方面技术,描述如何建设一个适合企业发展的分析型CRM系统。不同于仅从技术层面描述如何建立一个CRM系统,着重描述如何规划、设计一个分析型CRM系统的建设过程及其所需要的建设理念。通过分析型CRM系统建设,能最大化地提高企业的投资回报率。所描述的系统已经在多个金融企业加以实际应用,具有较强的实用性。
We describe in the paper the way to build an analytical CRM system suitable to enterprise development involving muhifaceted technologies of CRM system including the concerns, core value, features and system architecture, etc. Unlike just describing how to build a CRM system in terms of technical level, what have been emphatically described in the paper covers the construction process of how to plan and design an analytical CRM system and the construction ideas required. By constructing an analytical CRM system, the enhancement of return on investment of an enterprise can be maximised. The system introduced in this paper has been put in practical application in a number of financial enterprises, and has preferable strong practicality.
