摘要
介绍了一种高浓度CO补入微量氧气脱氢的新技术,该技术1年多的工业运行情况表明:可以有效地解决高浓度CO的脱氢难题,其脱氢效果较好,脱氢后的CO气体中φ(H2)比脱氢前降低500×10-6~1 300×10-6,操作温度在180~190℃。
A new supplemental oxygen dehydrogenation technology for high content of CO is introduced. The results of one-year industrial operation show that the difficult problem of high content of CO dehydrogenation can be effectively solved. Under the operating temperature of 180-190℃, the volume fraction of H2 in CO after dehydrogenation is (500-1 300)×10^-6 lower than that before dehy-drogenation, which shows better dehydrogenation effect.
