济钢超低硫钢生产实践探索

Exploration of Ultra-low Sulphur Steel Production Practice in Jinan Steel

介绍了济钢210t转炉超低硫钢生产工艺技术,通过控制转炉入炉铁水S含量,在转炉出钢过程中加入一定量的顶渣对钢水进行"渣洗"脱硫,控制LF炉渣碱度、氧化性、温度、渣量等,实现了转炉渣洗平均脱硫率达到61.41%,LF平均脱硫率78.2%,精炼结束平均S含量达到了0.00174%。

This article introduces the production process of ultra-low sulphur steel in Jinan Steel＇ s 210 t converter. By controlling the S content of charged hot metal, adding a certain amount of top slag to steel liquid in the process of converter tapping for slagging desulfurization, controlling the basicity, oxidation, temperature, slag quantity of LF slag and so on, the average desulfurization rate reached 61.41% by the converter slagging, the average desulfurization rate in LF was 78.2% and after refining, the average S content was up to 0.001 74%.
