摘要
设计熔炼了25-12型耐热钢,对其高温抗氧化性能和高温力学性能进行了测试分析,并与奥氏体不锈钢1Cr18Ni9Ti作了对比。结果表明,在1150℃恒温氧化条件下,平均氧化速度25-12耐热钢为0.943g(/m2·h),而1Cr18Ni9Ti钢为9.208g(/m2·h),25-12耐热钢表现出更好的抗氧化性,且其抗压缩变形能力略高于1Cr18Ni9Ti。
The 25-12 heat-resistant steel has been designed and mehed. More over, the oxidation resistance property and mechanical property at elevated temperature were also measured and analyzed. It was compared with that of 1Crl8Ni9Ti stainless steel. The results showed that in the condition of 1 150 ℃ isothermal oxidation, the average oxidation rate of the 25-12 heat-resistant steel is 0.943 g/(m^2·h), but that of 1Cr18Ni9Ti steel is 9.208 g/(m^2·h).The 25-12 heat-resistant steel exhibits batter oxidation resistance and its resistance to compression deforming is slightly higher than that of 1Crl 8Ni9Ti.
