摘要
对某铁矿尾矿进行了选铁试验,分别采用了磁选和重选的工艺流程,结果表明,磁选所得精矿品位较低,需要进一步磨矿,成本较高;而采用螺旋溜槽—摇床联合流程可得到品位为38.26%、产率为3.95%的精矿产品,不需要进一步磨矿,可以产生400万元的年经济效益。
The test and research for recovery iron was made by respectively adopting magnetic separation and gravity separation / processes for railings retreatment of a certain iron ore. The test results showed that the concentrate grade of magnetic separation is lower, which need further grinding and higher cost; Using spiral chute - shaking tables process obtained a concentrate grade of 38.26% and concentrate yield of 3.95%, which didn't require further grinding and could produce annual economic benefit of 4 million Yuan.
