高炉出铁场铁沟除尘改造实践

Practice of Dedusting Transformation of Iron Runner in BF Casthouse

针对高炉出铁过程中产生大量烟尘且不易捕集的现状,通过在高炉主沟、流铁沟上部制作安装密封除尘罩,采用管段式除尘罩与房型除尘罩相结合密封除尘,并与现有除尘系统连接等,有效解决了高炉出铁场烟尘排放现象,现场作业环境改善;密封除尘罩利于铁水保温,减少铁水损失,降低出铁沟日常维护费用,年综合经济效益200万元。

Pointing at the status of producing a lot of fumes and difficuh to collect in BF tapping process, installing seal dust covers on the main runner and iron runner, using seal dedusting combined pipe type dust hood with chamber dust cover and connecting with existing dedusting system, the dust emission phenomenon in the blast furnace cast house is solved effectively. The working environment was dramatically improved. The seal dedust cover favors to keep warm for hot metal, reduces the loss of hot metal and decreases daily maintenance cost of iron runner. Comprehensive economic benefits are 2 million Yuan per year.
