济钢销售管理部将边际贡献法引入接单原则中,以订单效益测算系统为工具,以提升整单边际贡献为总抓手,直观、量化指导接单,建立了基于完全成本及效益为中心的订单管理模式,提高了各产线的收益价格和盈利能力,实现了效益最大化。
The sales department of Jinan Steel introduced contribution margin method to order management principle, which takes the order benefit evaluation system as a tool and improves the whole order contribution margin as the total holder and intuitively and quantitatively guides order. The order management mode is established, increasing the income price and profitability of the production line and realizing the benefit maximum.
