针对供电企业省级集中部署重要信息系统,市县公司之间广域网可靠性不能满足要求的问题,介绍衡水供电公司信息网络现状,提出利用通信综合数据网搭建县域广域网第二平面的设计方案,分析县域广域网双平面数据流控制,说明衡水公司县域广域网双平面设计方案的实施,提高了县域广域网安全稳定运行水平及网络可靠性。

The existing important information systems are commonly concentrated in the provincial power supply enterprises,which results in arrays of problems referring to that their reliabilities cannot meet the requirements of city or country companies. This paper summaries the situation of Hengshui Power Company current information network, proposes the design scheme to construction wide area network second plane with communication integrated data network, analyzes double data flow control, illustrates the implement of double plane design scheme,advances safe and stable operation level and network reliability.
