可调视角的交叉口信号灯杆件施工方法研究

摘要 信号灯的入视角度与司机对信号灯的辨识性有较大关系,传统的施工工艺很难保证信号灯安装角度与所控机动车道中心线垂直。可调视角的交叉口信号灯杆件施工方法不仅降低了安装难度,提高了施工效率,更是避免了交叉口信号灯入视角度安装不正确的问题。在分析可调视角的信号灯杆件的工艺原理的基础上,论述信号灯杆件安装施工工艺流程和要点,并就工艺特点和效益进行分析,最后通过实践验证本施工方法在不规则交叉口信号灯杆件的制作安装施工中有一定的优越性,有较好的推广前景。 The visual angle of signal has great relationship with the driver's identification of signal light, it is difficult for the traditional construction technology to ensure the installation angle of signal lamp vertical to the centerline of the controlled motor Jane. The construction method of intersection signal lamp pole with adjustable angle not only reduces the difficulty of installation, improves the efficiency of construction, but also avoids the in- correctly installed angle of intersection signal. Based on the analysis of process principle of signal lamp pole with adjustable angle, it expounds the installation process and key points of the construction of signal lamp pole, and analyzes the process features and benefits. Finally verified by practice, the construction method for installation has certain advantages in the construction of irregular intersection signal bar system, and has good popularizing prospect.
