Project Management Research Based on EPC model of Thermal Power Project

基于电力工程项目管理的重要性,提出基于EPC模式的项目管理研究方法,首先对其应用特点作了简要介绍,接着对其进度与成本控制方法进行了分析,又对其风险的应对与索赔管理作了详细的阐述,最后结合某火电厂电力工程项目做了实例分析,总结了相关的经验,并对管理中存在的问题给出了应对建议。所述方法可为相关理论研究和实际工程应用提供参考。

Based on the importance of power engineering project management , project management research methods based on EPC mode were proposed. Firstly, its application characteristics were briefly introduced, and then its progress and cost control methods were analyzed, and the risk response and claims management were exposited. Finally, an instance analysis was made with a thermal power plant power project as an example, experience was summed up, and recommendations were proposed for manage- ment problems. The methods can provide a reference to the relevant theoretical research and practical application.
