In order to understand the electricity market operation of the developed countries, strengthen market forecast, and pro- mote the operation and management of overseas electric power projects of Chinese enterprises, conducted a survey of the UK electricity market, forecasted the reform orientation of the UK electricity market in the future, and proposed suggestions for the operation and management of existing closed-cycle gas turbine （CCGT）.
