摘要
阐述神木煤的煤质特性和NOx的生成机理,介绍了LNCFS燃烧系统的设计特点。并以1 000 MW超超临界锅炉为对象进行试验研究,分析了改变炉膛出口氧量、SOFA风门挡板开度、CCOFA风门挡板开度等不同工况下的NOx排放特性。
The Shenmu coal's characteristics and the generation mechanism of the nitric oxides (NOx) are expounded in this pa-per. The overall structure of 1 000 MW ultra supercritical boiler and the LNCFS combustion system are also described. A 1000MW ultra supercritical boiler is tested to analyze the emission of NOx on the effect of such influence factors by changing the proportion of oxygen which exits at furnace outlet, altering the open degrees of SOFA windbox plate and CCOFA windbox plate.
