摘要
如今,火力发电厂普遍采用内窥式炉膛火焰电视系统来监视其燃烧工况。由于冷却风里面含有大量的水和油,会导致内窥式火焰电视探头结焦、烧损和变形。这将使得工作人员无法观测到炉内的情况。基于多年热工实践经验,总结了行之有效的维护经验并提出了对产品改造方面的技术要求。这能够防止探头结焦,从而为提高生产效率起到了重要作用。
Nowadays, power plants commonly use endoscopic camera system to monitor combustion conditions. Because the cool-ing air contains lots of water and oil, it will lead to the endoscope probe camera coke and deformation. This will make the staff un- able to observe the situation inside the furnace. Based on years of working experience, we summarize some effective maintaining experience and propose several useful technical requirements for products. This can prevent the probe coking which can improve oroduetion efficiency.
