该螺旋处理技术是在平面刮片和螺旋刮片的共同作用下对农污染液进行处理的国内创新方法,在处理时,减小了呈湍流状的液膜厚度,降低了热阻;同时,在这过程中清除和抑制蒸发液在加热面的结垢,并伴有良好的热交换,使总传热系数大,蒸发强度高,降低了热阻,使蒸发液的换热面积更加充分,受热均匀,也保证了蒸发过程温度稳定,特别舒适于其他方法难于处理的浓污染液体。
The spiral processing technology is a domestic innovative methods for agricultural pollution solution processing with the action of the fiat blade and the spiral blade, during processing, which can reduce the thickness of liquid sheet shaped onflow and reduce the thermal resistance in the processing. Meanwhile, scale formation on the heating surfaces could be cleared and con- trolled in the process, and the process is with good heat exchange, which make the overall heat transfer coefficient and evapora-tion intensity high, the thermal resistance be reduced, the heat transfer area of evaporative liquid be more sufficient and heated evenly, and also ensure the evaporation process temperature stability, especially being suitable to handle concentrated contaminat- ed solution processed diffieuhlv in other ways.
