摘要
"合训分流"是我军初级指挥军官培养的现行模式。高素质初级指挥人才的培养,有赖于"合训分流"模式的创新和完善。为此,要端正思想认识,深刻把握"合训分流"改革的精神实质;要搞好顶层设计,切实实现"合训"与"分流"两个阶段的有机衔接;要优化素质结构,重点强化学员军政素质和管理素质培养;要深化通识教育,切实打牢初级指挥军官任职的军种素质基础;要拓宽培养途径,着力探索院校和部队合力育人的新方法和新路子。
" Centralized training and shunting" is the current mode of our military' s primary training of commanding officers. The training of high quality primary command talents depends on the innovation and improvement of " Centralized training and shunting" mode. Therefore, we should correct the ideological understanding, and grasp the spiritual essence of " Centralized training and shunting" reform. We Should do well the top design, the practical realization of " training" and " shunting" two stages of organic convergence. We should optimize the quality structure, and focus on strengthening the training of the students' political and administrative qualities. We should integrate the " Centralized training" system, and lay a solid foundation of quality command. We should broaden the training methods to explore some new ones of integrated education of the army colleges, universities and the forces.
