This article exploits the main features and harms of military academy teachers occupation burnout. Based on the characteristics of teachers in military academies , the reasons for such burnout is analyzed and effective strategies are put forward, including strengthening organizational interventions, optimizing administration, adopting development evaluation system and improving professional training , to deal with such problems.
