摘要
作者通过调查和访谈,分析了军校政治理论教员在专业发展中面临着学科建设不稳定,缺乏归属感;接受双重管理,压力过大;发展条件受限,自主性不强等问题。针对这些问题,作者从加强学科建设、实施科学管理和提供多种支持三个方面提出了对策性建议。
Based on a series of investigations and interviews, the author conducts an analysis of the existing problems in the professional development of political theory teachers in military academies, such as inadequate discipline construction resulting in political theory teachers' lack of sense of belonging, excessive pressure with double - management and limited conditions for development. To solve those problems, the following suggestions are put forward: strengthening discipline construction, implementing scientific management and providing various supports.
