军校指挥类本科学员的学习自主性问题研究

Investigation on Active Learning Problems of Junior Commander Candidates of the Innovative Talent Development Mode

军校指挥类本科学员缺乏学习自主性是一个突出问题,其教育经历中应试教育、讲授为主的教学模式带来的负面影响最大,但通过问卷调查数据显示,军校指挥类学员还面临学习环境欠缺、课程与体能训练负担过重两个不利因素,其负面影响不可小视。因此,在实施研究性教学中,提高学员的学习自主性显得尤为重要。

The lack of active learning in junior commander candidates is a big problem. The main reason for the lack was analyzed by questionnaires. The experience from examination - oriented education system and from instructing teaching brought much negative influence to the students. Especially to the junior commander candidates, the insufficient of study facilities, superfluous courses and physical exercise made many troubles.
