摘要
分析了铝合金锻件在主要的生产工序(如原材制备、制锻造工序和热处理工序等)产生的主要缺陷(废品)的特征、原因及危害,并建议对铝合金锻压的全过程进行全面质量控制以消除或减少缺陷的产生。
The characteristics, cause and harmfulness of main defects （waste products） during the main production process （such as raw material preparation, forging procedure and heat treatment procedure, etc.） of aluminum alloy forgings are analyzed in the article. To control the quality of the whole forging process of aluminum alloy is put forward to reduce defects.
