Construction and Probation on the Cultivation System for Practical-type Talents in Universities

培养本科层次应用型人才,是新建本科院校的办学定位。在分析应用型人才内涵的基础上,从人才培养计划、理论课程教学体系、实践教学体系、产学研合作教育方式、培养环节等方面对应用型人才培养体系的构建进行了探讨。

To cultivate practical-type of talents is the task of newly-upgraded colleges. This paper analyses the impact of practical- type talents, and bases on this, it probes the construction of its cultivation system on aspects of talent-cultivation plans, system of theoreti- cal courses, system of practical teaching contents, ways of cooperation among the producing, education and research bodies, and processes of cultivation.
