践行培养专业教师 优化实习管理环境范式

Optimizing Practice Management Paradigm Helps Cultivate Professional Teachers

摘要 美国全国教育协会强调,作为一个"专业",应该符合八条评判标准,其中有一条就是受过专门的职业训练。受国际教师教育"回归实践"思潮的影响,各国高校均开设教育实践课程作为培养教师必不可少的环节之一。本文主要从实习管理理念、实习管理过程多元化、分阶段实施实习过程三个范式的转变来阐述实习管理环境的优化,并提出多维度的实习效果评价范式。 The status, goal and management of teaching practice in Higher Education Institutes have shown a brand-new trend of de- velopment. If practice management changes, the operating modes and results will also be changed. Based on the theory of paradigm shift, the author trys to analyze the change it, the practice management and seek paradigm transformation to upgrade it from the perspectives of the concept, the diversification process and different phases in practice management so as to form multi-dimensional practice evaluation paradigm The construction of the optimized practice management helps teaching practice be based on solM professional knowledge and skills, which shields teachers from being replaced by those without receiving any professional training.
