当前我国B2C电子商务企业主要采用的物流模式有:自建物流模式、第三方物流模式、物流联盟模式,文章主要从控制能力、物流成本、服务水平、响应速度、信息水平、服务对象、区域覆盖范围、专业化水平、选择风险性、销售资金周转水平十个方面对这三种物流模式进行了综合比较分析。

There are three logisties modes on B2C E-com- erece that is suitable to the development of our country. They self-built logistics mode, third-party logistics mode and gisties alliance. This paper analyzed the three logistics odes comprehensively from ten areas of control ability, logis-tics costs, service level, response speed, informational level, ervice object, covered areas, professional level, selection risk, ash flow level of sales.
