随着人们物质水平的提高,对海产品的质量安全有了更高的要求,冷链物流的应用贯穿于水产品从生产企业的生产、流通、加工,到第三方物流的存储、搬运、运输,直至最后销售到消费者手中的整个过程。文章通过研究湛江市水产品冷链物流现有的运作模式,分析冷链物流的生产、流通、加工、储存等各个环节存在的问题,并对湛江市水产品冷链物流体系的构建进行了探讨。

As the enhancement of material level, people has higher requirement in the quality and safety of sea product.The application of cold chain logistics throughout producing, circulation, and processing from production enterprise, and to the storage, handling and transportation of the third party lo- gistics, until the last segment of sales to consumers. This arti- cle studied the current operation model of Zhanjiang aquatic products cold chain logistics, and analyzed the problem of each segment such as production, circulation, processing, and storage. At last, it discussed the constructing of Zhanjiang aquatic product＇s cold chain logistics system.
