摘要
分析了双峰盒结构工艺和模具设计关键点,设计出三板式二次分型注射模,采用内外侧双抽芯、推件板和顶杆联合脱模,并对模具的总体结构、抽芯机构、成型塑件和顶出机构进行了详细地介绍,经生产证明,该模具设计合理,两侧抽芯顺利,塑件脱模容易,达到了设计要求。
The article analyzes the key points of process and mold design on the two-hump box, the mold of three-plate injection mold is designed, with two core-pulling mechanism and stripper plate-ejector pins demould together. Its main portions such as overall structure, core-pulling mechanism and molding parts are introduced in detail. As a result, the experiments and application results show that the mold has reasonable design and reliable performance.
