摘要
自我导向教育理论是当代成人教育的两大主流理论之一,该理论认为自我导向意识决定了受教育者根据自我发展需求,自发引导其受教育的方向和效果。因此,必须在电力教育培训中,注重发挥参训学员的主观能动性,从积极营造支持培训的组织氛围、设计相符的教学活动、长期跟踪修正培训项目等方面,适应学员自我导向的需求,从而提升培训的质效。
Self-directed Learning (SDL) theory is one of the two mainstream theories in modern adult education. The theory shows that self-directed consciousness of educates determines the direction and effect of edu- cational training according to the requirements of oneself development, therefore subjective initiative of educates should be placed at the important position, in order to meet the needs of educates and im- prove training effect, by means of building suitable organization atmosphere how to support training; designing applicable teaching activities or tracking and correcting training program in a long term.
