摘要
通过对2012年国内外炼化企业发生的273起非计划停工事件的分析,可以发现:企业规模大的石化公司和炼化主要装置非计划停工起数多,非计划停工的主要原因是设备故障、电网停电和工艺问题。提出了建立设备完整性管理体系、加强员工培训、加强设备预防性检维修工作和加强电网监测的对策。
Through analysis on 273 unplanned shut- down incidences occurring to the oil refining and chemical enterprises al home and abroad in 2012. it can be found that there are many unplanned shill- down incidents occurring to the large-scale oil refining and chemical companies and devices and the main reasons for causing unplanned shutdown are equipmenl faihire, power nelwork blackout and technical problems. The countermeasures are proposed to establish equipment integrity management system,strengthen employees＇trainning,enhance equipment preventative maintenance and power network monitoring.
