通过分析我国石化企业员工的心理健康状况,从企业应有的社会责任和节约运营成本两方面阐述了企业引进心理健康产品的必要性与迫切性,并举例说明几种心理健康产品的重要作用。

Through analysis on mental health status of the employees of petrochemical enterprises in China, the necessity and urgency for the enterprise to introduce mental health products from the due social responsibilities of the enterprises and operation cost saving. Besides, the examples are taken to illustrate the importance of several mental health products.
