摘要
随着我国水泥行业的高速发展,用于水泥生产的主要原料——矿渣已明显表现出供应紧张的趋势.在这种形势下,能否采用其他廉价资源替代矿渣作为混合材生产水泥,已成为水泥行业亟待解决的问题之一.本文结合本厂实际,比较石灰石掺加前后水泥各项指标的变化情况,探讨石灰石掺加量对水泥性能和混凝土性能的影响;验证了石灰石替代部分矿渣作为水泥混合材的有效性和可行性,对提高水泥质量和降低生产成本有一定的借鉴意义.
With the rapid development of cement industry in china, slag is evidently in short supply as a main raw material in cement. Under this situation, how to utilize other cheaper materials replacing slag as cement admixture has become one of the urgentest problems in cement industry. In this paper, author compared the differences before and after blending limestone, and researched the impact of limestone addition on the properties of cement and con- crete. In conclusion, limestone replacing part of slag as cement admixture is effective and feasible. Due to the blend of limestone, the cement showed improving quality and reducing cost.
