摘要
近些年房价上涨过快的状况不仅影响了房地产市场的健康发展,更引发了诸多社会矛盾.为此,国家先后出台多项宏观调控政策以遏制高房价.本文针对这些政策进行梳理并就其效果分析,试图为后续房地产宏观调控政策的出台和实施提供有益的参考依据.
In recent years, housing prices rose too quickly. This situation not only affects the healthy development of the real estate market, but also caused all kinds of social contradictions. Therefore, the government has issued a number of macroeconomic regulation and control policies to curb high prices. This paper analyzes these policies effect, trying to provide beneficial reference for the subsequent real estate macroeconomic regulation and control policies.
