做好企业离退休人员思想工作的实践与思考

Practice and Thinking of Doing Retired Personnel Ideological Work in Enterprise

做好企业离退休人员思想工作,是健全和完善离退休人员工作体制机制和制度,走出一条中国特色的老龄事业发展道路,维护稳定,创建和谐企业,和谐社会的有效途径。作者通过多年的实践探索,认为做好离退休思想工作要着重做好五个方面的工作:①狠抓党的建设,保证党的思想政治工作全覆盖;②全面加强离退休人员的教育;③尊重老同志,落实好老同志政治和生活待遇;④加强和改进活动阵地建设,不断满足老同志的精神文化生活需求;⑤加强心理关怀和疏导,落实各项服务制度,抓好重点难点问题的解决。实践证明,做好离退休职工思想工作,思想工作者观念要转变,方法要创新,务必做到"一全、一情、一实、三贴近"。

To complete ideological work among the retired enterprise personnel,is not only an effective way to improve and perfect the mechanism and system of retired personnel management,but also an effective way to take a development path of the cause of aging with Chinese characteristics,and ultimately to maintain stability in order to create a harmonious enterprise and a harmonious society.Through years of practice,we found that,in order to complete ideological work among the retired enterprise personnel,we should focus on these five aspects：（a） Pay close attention to the construction of the Party,to ensure a full coverage of the Party＇s ideological and political work;（b） To overall strengthen the education of the retired personnel;（c） Respect the old comrades,and implement their political treatment and living conditions;（d） To strengthen and improve the construction of basic facilities to meet the spiritual and cultural needs of the old comrades;（e） To strengthen psychological care and counseling,implement the various service system,make great efforts to solve the priorities and difficult problems.Our practice has proved that,if we want to improve ideological work among the retired enterprise personnel,our ideological workers need to update their concept and innovative their methods of work,and achieve ＂one complete 、one affection、one implementation、 three close＂.
