Research on the Government Mechanism of Industry Linkage Development about"Culture and Tourism"——A Case Study of Guizhou

文化与旅游产业联动发展是新时期下产业循序发展的需要。实现文化产业开发与旅游项目建设的有机联系是促进文化旅游产业共繁荣的必然之路。从贵州文化与旅游产业联动发展中所面临的体制机制问题出发,提出构建有效的政府体制以及行业、法律、保障、社会机制是促进贵州文化与旅游产业联动可持续发展的关键。

The linkage development of culture and tourism industry is the need to develop new form of industry in the flew period. It is the inevitable way to link the culture industry development and tourism project construction for the common prosperity. According to the questions faced by the system and mechanism of Guizhou cuhure and tourism industry linkage development, the author holds that bnilding effective system of government and industry, legal, security and social mechanism is the key to promoting sustainable development of Guizhou culture and tourism industry.
