民国时期安徽淮河流域教育发展评析

Reform and Development of Education of Huaihe Basin during the Period of the Republic

在详细收集民国时期安徽淮河流域教育资料的基础上,对这一阶段安徽淮河流域教育事业的整体发展进行概括总结,深刻探讨在教育发展过程中存在的局限性。认为民国时期安徽淮河流域教育是在落后中缓慢发展,取得了一定的成果,但受到教育经费不足、地方风气保守、自然灾害等不利条件的限制。

Based on collecting the data and material of the education of Huaihe Basin during the period of the Republic and summarizing the overall development of this district this paper discusses the limitations in the course of educational development. It is considered that the education of this district was developing slowly, and it got some achievement. The reasons that limited the development of the education were as follows： the shortage of educational funds; the society was conservative; frequent natural disasters and so on.
