Intensive land use is the eternal theme in the work of land management. This paper introduces the concept and connotation of land intensive use of Development Zone, through the establishment of evaluation index system, expounds the progress and achievement evaluation on the application direction, finally puts forward the suggestion of intensive utilization evaluation.
