摘要
煤矿排水系统承担排出井下全部涌水的重要任务,是保障煤矿安全生产的关键设备,同时又消耗大量电能。为了保证其可靠而经济地运行,准确、及时地了解水泵的运行情况,采用微机监控操作是十分有效的手段。本设计主要是应用PLC与组态软件MCGS开发,设计一套实用的自动化排水系统,该系统能够实现对煤矿井里的中央房排水系统的远程监测与控制。
Drainage system of coal mine bears the important task of discharging underground gushing water. It is the key equipment to guarantee the production safety of the mine. At the same time, it consumes a lot of power. In order to guarantee its reliable and economical operation and to understand the operation of pumps timely, it is effective to use computer to monitor its operation. The design is a set of practical automatic drainage system with the application of PLC and configuration software MCGS .The system can realize the remote monitoring and control of coal mine drainage system in the central room.
