摘要
欧盟性别平等就业政策由指令和行动计划组成。它经历了一个从平等报酬、性别保护到机会平等的发展过程,体现了由形式地位的平等发展为寻求实质地位平等。欧盟十分注重政策的实施,反映在其政策特征以及建立的网络系统等措施上。这些成功经验,可以为我国推进性别平等就业及其政策的完善提供一些启示。
The employment policies in gender equality are composed of directives and action programs in the EU. It has undergone a process from equal pay, sex protection to equal opportunlty, which reflected the development from formal equality to substantial equality. The EU attaches great importance to the implementation of the policies, which reflected by its policy characteristics and the establishment of network system and other measures. These successful experiences can provide some enlightenments to promote employment and for the perfection of employment policy in gender equality of China.
