食用菌产业菌农收益研究——以北京菌农调查数据分析为例

Growers Income Research on Edible Fungi Industry——Based on Analysis of Survey Data of the Edible Fungi Growers in Beijing

近年来,食用菌产业以其产值大、效益高、增收好的特点,在全国很多地区迅猛发展。以北京市菌农的调查数据分析为例,运用计量经济模型分析多种因素对菌农收入的影响,进而结合分析结果从政府政策、生产规模、市场价格和生产成本四方面提出促进北京食用菌产业发展的对策建议。

In recent years, edible fungi industry has developed rapidly in many parts of China, with features of a large sum of output, high efficiency and increasing quickly. The impact of different factors on edible fungi growers income is analyzed by the econometric model, based on the survey data of edible fungi growers in Beijing, then according to the results of econometric analysis, this paper finally puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of Beijing edible fungi industry from four aspects which are government policy, the scale of production, market price and production cost.
