The concept of Spiritual capital has gained wildly attention at home and abroad in recently years. The term is used both in social sciences and popular culture. The paper mainly introduces the following aspects ： the researchers and their works, spiritual cap- ital＇ s definitions, components and measurements, and spiritual capital in Chinese society. And then the paper points out the deficiency and the development space of current research about spiritual capital in China.
