家庭文化建设是社会文化建设和社会主义精神文明建设的重要内容,然而原有的理论和方法已经无法解决新时期家庭文化建设出现的问题和矛盾。基于和谐理论的指引,明确了以"以人为本"为价值原则,以"和谐家庭"为价值本质,以"社会和谐发展"为价值目标的价值定位。在此基础上运用和谐理论思维,搭建以精神层面、行为和制度层面、器物层面为基础的,与各自家庭层次相适应,层层递进和发展的和谐家庭文化建设模型,以实现和谐家庭文化建设制度创新。

Family culture is an important part of the social culture and socialism spiritual civilization construction. However, it is diffi- cult for those former theories and methods to solve all problems and conflicts in the process of family culture construction for the new pe- riod. Based on the direction of harmony theory, the theoretical basis of family culture construction is established from foundational har- mony, match harmony, adaptive harmony and functional harmony, and the ＂people -oriented＂ view is seen as the principle of value, the ＂harmonious family＂ view is seen as the essence of value, the ＂harmonious development＂ view is seen as the goal of value for the society. With the support of harmony theory, construction models of harmonious family culture are built, which are based on spiritual level, behavioral and systematic level, objective level, and consistent with their family level. It is useful to promote the innovation of the family culture development.
