摘要
以芦丁和槲皮素为模板分子,丙烯酰胺为功能单体,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯为交联剂,偶氮二异丁腈为引发剂,甲醇为溶剂,采用热引发聚合分别合成芦丁和槲皮素分子印迹聚合物.红外光谱分析结果表明,丙烯酰胺通过乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯可以稳固地键合起来聚合生成分子印迹聚合物.合成的分子印迹聚合物用于黄酮类化合物的分离提取,分别得到纯度为90%印迹物芦丁和纯度为95%印迹物槲皮素,具有选择性强,富集、分离和纯化效果较好.
Molecular Imprinting Polymers(MIPs) of lutin and quercetin was synthesized via heat-initiating polymerization with lutin and quercetin as the template molecules,acrylamide as the functional monomer,ethylene glycol dimethacrylate as the cross linking monomer,2,2'-Azobis(2-methylpropionitrile) as the initiating monomer and methanol as the solvent.The MIPs were analyzed by the IR spectrum.The result of IR analysis has shown that acrylamide was stably bonded with ethylene glycol dimethacrylate to form Molecular Imprinting Polymers.90% lutin and 95% quercetin were extracted by MIPs of lutin and quercetin.The resultant MIPs shows good performance for concentration,separation and purification of flavonoids.
