黑苦荞中芦丁的提取方法探讨

On Extracting Rutin from Black Buckwheat

目的:探讨甲醇用量、浓度和提取次数对芦丁提取率的影响.方法:利用高效液相色谱法测定不同提取条件下黑苦荞中芦丁的产率.结果:固液比为1:15,甲醇浓度为80%,提取2次,黑苦荞中的芦丁提取率高.结论:提取液用量,料液比和提取液浓度对芦丁的提取率都有影响,其中影响最大的是甲醇浓度,其次为提取次数.

Objective： to explore the effects of the dosage,density and extraction times of methanol.Method： The yields of rutin from black buckwheat extracted under different conditions were determined by HPLC.Result： The optimum conditions for the extraction of rutin from black buckwheat were： material-solvent ratio was1：15,80% methanol in water as extraction solvent,and extracted for 2 times.Conclusion： All the investigated parameters had significant effects on the extraction efficiency of rutin from black buckwheat,while the concentration of methanol was the most important factor.
