Fe-铝试剂分光光度法测定香蕉中的铁含量

摘要 用铝试剂为显色剂,采用分光光度法测定香蕉中的铁的含量.通过对波长、pH值、HAc-NaAc缓冲溶液用量、铝试剂的用量、以及络合物随时间变化、温度变化的稳定性条件的讨论,确定出了最佳测定条件.且其测定结果与国家标准方法 GB12286-90测定的结果基本一致. The best experimental condition of determination of iron in banana by spectrophotometric method with aluminum is discussed.Exploring the Fe-aluminum complex of optimal wavelength respectively,pH value,acetic acid buffer(HAc-NaAc) dosage,aluminum dosage,the stability of complex changing over time and temperature,and determined the best conditions.The results indicate: Fe and aluminum form purple complexes in the medium of HAc-NaAc buffer with pH=4.6.The mass concentration of Fe-aluminum complex that the maximum absorption wavelength is 489.00 nm is 0~4 ×10-4 g·L-1,and comform to Beer's law.The linear regress equation is AFe489=0.0728V(Fe)+0.1549,its apperentabsoeptivity is 5093.8 L·(mol·cm)-1,and the correlation coefficient R2 is 0.9967.So,in this method,the iron in banana content can be determined and compared with GB12286-90 method.The results of two methods are basically the same and the former method has expanded the use and scope of common laboratory reagent.
