摘要 在过去的20年中,小肽的吸收与利用已成为动物营养与生物医药应用中的热门研究领域.其中小肽转运蛋白PepT1对小肽的转运具有重要作用.该文通过对PepT1的结构、分布以及调控因素等方面的描述,试图阐述小肽转运蛋白PepT1对动物营养和健康的作用,为动物营养学家配制小肽日粮配方提供理论依据,为进一步改善饲粮蛋白质的利用效率、节约蛋白质资源开辟新的途径. Over the last 20 years,the study of intestinal peptide transport has rapidly evolved into a field with exciting nutritional and biomedical applications.The peptide transporter protein PepT1 plays an important role in small peptide transporting.By characterizing the structure,distribution and the factors which influence the Pept1 expression,the effect of PepT1 on animal nutrition and health is elaborated,provided a theoretical basis for peptide diet formulations,the dietary protein efficiency is improved,and a new way to save the protein resource is obtained.
