工业革命以来,大量温室气体的排放,是造成全球变暖的主要原因,由此引起显著气候变化和生态系统改变,对人类生存构成威胁.解决全球变暖的温室效应,重点是降低大气中二氧化碳浓度,要从技术减排和经济减排两方面实现.通过技术创新,提高能源效率,转变经济发展方式实现技术减排.经济减排有征收碳税和碳交易市场两种手段,实施后都对宏观经济可持续发展产生影响.我国应结合具体国情,选择适合的经济减排手段.

Since the industrial revolution,a huge amount of greenhouse gas emission is the main cause of global warming.This caused a significant change of climate and ecosystem change.It poses a threat to the survival of mankind.To solve the global warming,the focus is to reduce the density of the atmosphere of carbon dioxide.This should be realized from two aspects of emission reduction technology and economy.The technological emission reduction can be carried out by innovating technology innovation,improving energy efficiency and changing the mode of economic development,while the economic one by imposing carbon tax and carbon trading,which will impact the sustainable development of macro economy.A suitable economic emission reduction in accordance with the practical national situation should be applied.
