摘要
目的:了解青少年运动员的攻击性行为与自尊的关系,探究自尊对青少年运动员攻击性的影响机制,为青少年运动员开展心理健康教育以减少攻击性提供心理学依据.方法随机选取某市体育运动学校初一到高二年级学生166名,实施Arnold H.Buss&Mark Perry(1986)攻击性问卷(The Aggression Questionnaire)和Rosenberg自尊量表(RSES)的问卷调查.结果:青少年运动员自尊与攻击性的性别,年级差异不显著.青少年运动员自尊与攻击性总分,身体攻击,言语攻击相关不显著,与愤怒和敌意呈显著负相关.结论:青少年运动员自尊对攻击性行为有一定的影响,自尊影响青少年攻击性行为表现为作用于愤怒和敌意两维度.
Objectives: to study the relationship between self-esteem and aggression of adolescent athletes,to explore the impact mechanism of self-esteem on adolescent athletes' aggression,so as to provide psychological evidence for developing mental health education for adolescent athletes to reduce aggression.Methods: randomly select 166 adolescent athletes from a sports school of one city to complete Amold.H.BussMark.perry(1986)(the aggression questionnaire)and Rosenberg self-esteem scale(RSES).Results: no significant difference between different sexes and grades in adolescent athletes' self-esteem and aggression.the correlation between self-esteem and the whole aggression construct,physic aggression,verbal aggression was not significant.adolescent athletes' self-esteem and anger,hostility had significant negative correlation.Conclusion: self-esteem has a certain effect on adolescent athletes' aggression,and self-esteem influences adolescent athletes' aggression by affecting it's two dimensions: anger and hostility.
