摘要
本文通过对韩城煤层气处理工艺的选择,进脱水装置的温度的优化分析,提出了煤层气处理采用先增压后脱水及进站换热节能工艺,有效的控制了装置的建设投资及运行能耗,为后续煤层气处理工程的建设提供一定的借鉴。
The paper optimizes and analysis the temperature of the dehydration devices through the selection of the CBM treatment processes in Hancheng Mining Area, and puts forward the thoughts to process CBM by means of pressure-increase before dehydration and the energy conservation technology of heat exchange, which can effectively control the construction investment of the devices and the energy consumption during operation. The study will provide reference for the construction of CBM processing project in the future.
